Kırklareli within the limits of this study, yet a large number of unknown Trak (Late Iron Age), Roman-Byzantine fortress were found. Castles architectural features are examined in detail, have been interpreted. Architectural features of the castle have been examined in detail. Late Iron Age period in a relatively large number of Thracian fortress, it is proved that near settlements. Roman-Byzantine fortress of the region's strategic importance in later periods shows that protects. The Book Roman and Byzantine periods, depicting the state of Thrace, the reason for this period of the castle have been clarified.
